Ending Things: Priyanka Chopra to Share Screen With Anthony Mackie
After a successful debut in the action genre with the Quantico series, PeeCee is all set to start her new Hollywood project. Written and directed by Kevin Sullivan – ‘Ending Things’, is an action thriller. As per the reports, she will be sharing her screen with Anthony Mackie aka ‘Captain America‘. Verve and UTA are on a hunt for potential buyers to sell the script.
Ending Things – Storyline
The storyline for the upcoming film is to be inspired by – True Lies (Jame Cameron’s 1994 film) starring Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jamie Lee Curtis. ‘Ending Things’ will be featuring Priyanka as a hit-woman, trying to put a full stop to her assassin business. This followed by telling her “business” partner that she is bringing their relationship to an end too. Later she realizes that she is not that ready to implement the latter into action. Henceforth, the duo comes back together for one last time to survive their break-up.
With a rather riveting storyline, Priyanka and Anthony’s chemistry on the screen is cherry on top. However, this is not the only project on PeeCee’s plate right now. After her much talked about film – ‘The Matrix Resurrections’, her romantic comedy – ‘Text For You’ starring Sam Hueghan and Celine Dion is lined up for release. In addition to this, she is also working with Richard Madden for the series ‘Citadel’ directed by Russo Brothers (Avengers: Endgame‘s directors).
Reportedly, she will be playing spiritual Guru Ma Anand Sheela in Barry Levinson’s Sheela too and is also signed opposite Chris Pratt in an action film ‘Cowboy Ninja Viking’. She will also be seen sharing the screen with Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif in Farhan Akhtar’s Bollywood film – ‘Jee Le Zara’.
Talking about our Marvel Star, Mackie can be seen starring in his own Captain America Film and also in the second season of – The Falcon and the Winter Soldier (Disney+ series). Furthermore, Rupert Wyatt-directed film ‘Desert Warrior’ featuring Anthony is expected to be released soon.
