Ezra Miller to enter a guilty plea to a lesser charge of unlawful trespassing

The Fantastic Beasts actor in October pleaded not guilty to felony burglary charges. Ezra Miller was accused of taking six bottles of alcohol from a neighbor’s pantry in May and has accepted the plea deal. Authorities found bottles gone from the homeowners’ home, and after checking the security footage, accused Miller of felony burglary.

The two accusations, one of petit larceny and the other of burglary in an unoccupied residence, have been agreed to be dropped by the Vermont Superior Court. Also, The Flash actor is anticipated to enter a guilty plea to illegal trespassing in Bennington County Superior Criminal Court. Even the prosecution is advising that the 30-year-old actor serve 89 to 90 days of a suspended sentence, one year of probation, and a $500 fine. The longest punishment for the crime was 26 years.

The Justice League actor has been accused of a series of crimes, and this is just one of them. The actor was detained twice in Hawaii. Once for disruptive behavior and harassment and once for second-degree assault.

Warner Brothers have been giving fans many heart attacks with their reboot news of Superman. They have officially fired Henry Cavill from the Man of Steel role and searching for a replacement. Since the news of The Perks of Being a Wallflower actor still has his role as the Flash, although being a troubling personality. The fans are not happy with the decision of WB not to fire Miller after their public scandals. 

They took to Twitter to express their disbelief. A person wrote, “Ezra must have something on Warner Brothers. They fired everyone who did nothing wrong but they won’t get rid of the 1 guy who is literally a criminal.” While the other called the Afterschool actor a criminal and said they need to go.
