Few fans are trying to be optimistic with the hype, especially after the impression created by Miller with their cameo as Flash in Dawn of Justice. People are expecting greater things from Miller because of their prominent acting skills.
I wish I could be that optimistic, but the same kind of hype has made the rounds leading up to nearly every DC film, and I haven't been at all impressed with Miller's take on Barry. That said, I do hope the fans who've been waiting for the film are rewarded.
