It is no longer a hidden fact that the singer has been re-recording her six studio albums to reclaim her original music after her initial label, Big Machine Records, sold her masters to Scooter Braun’s Ithaca Holdings in 2019. Fans believe Reputation (Taylor’s Version) is Taylor Swift’s next release
According to reports, fans have been waiting for Taylor Swift to drop Taylor’s Version of her sixth studio album, Reputation. The album is considered iconic in Swift’s discography because it is reportedly a response to the media scrutiny of her private life and public image after 1989 propelled her toward global stardom.
The tracks in Reputation are written and performed from a linear narrative about the protagonist expressing her anger and vengeance against the ones who did her wrong. In an interview (via Glamour), Swift, at the time of Reputation’s release/shared,
You have a fully manufactured frame job, in an illegally recorded phone call, which Kim Kardashian edited and then put out to say to everyone that I was a liar. That took me down psychologically to a place I’d never been before. I moved to a foreign country. I didn’t leave a rental house for a year.
Swift added that she was afraid to get on phone calls and had pushed away most people because she didn’t trust anyone.
Now, it has been noted that Reputation and Debut are missing from Taylor Swift’s official Spotify page, which only hints at the fact that she could be re-recording the songs to finally release. The anticipation amongst fans for the release of Reputation (Taylor’s Version) has been building over the years, and since 2025 is the year of the Snake, the album’s re-release seems like perfect timing.
Speaking to TIME Magazine, Swift shared that the album has a goth-punk moment of female rage at being gaslit by an entire social structure. She added that she thinks that a lot of people see it as just like sick snakes and strobe lights. She also mentioned that Reputation Vault tracks are going to be ‘fire’.
Fans can still find the album when they search for it.
Taylor Swift secures 15th No. 1 on Billboard with Lover: Live From Paris

The eight-song live project was reportedly released in 2023 exclusively as a limited edition heart-shaped, color double vinyl set. The limited edition album reportedly spent one week on Top Album Sales at No. 5 and sold about 161,000 vinyl sets from 202,500 copies.
Apart from Swift reaching another milestone, it has been reported that The 1975 lead singer, Matty Healy, who briefly dated Taylor Swift, is finally opening up about their short-lived romance. The Sun reports that the band, which includes Healy alongside Ross MacDonald, Adam Hann, and George Daniel, is working in the studio to put out an album for their fans.
The publication reported that where Healy inspired several songs on Swift’s The Tortured Poets Department album, Swift has also inspired The 1975’s upcoming albums’ songs. A source added that Matty Healy will never publicly comment on his relationship, but he uses his deepest feelings and writes them in a song. The source mentioned,
With the band set to headline Glastonbury, a new album dropping in the summer makes perfect sense for them so they can capitalize on the performance and have some new material.
A lot of people working with Healy in the studio are convinced that he has been writing songs for Taylor Swift and his short lived romance. But nothing can be said for sure.
