Gal Gadot’s Fast X Return Was Hinted Back in $1.5B Prequel in Key Scene Including Jason Statham
The Wonder Woman of Hollywood, Gal Gadot is one of those actors who rose to fame within a very short period of time. The DC actor has been associated with the reputed action drama franchise Fast And Furious. Recently she was seen in the Netflix-based spy-thriller Heart Of Stone.
Gal Gadot’s fans were treated with a great surprise in the tenth installment of Fast And Furious. The model-turned-actor was seen at the end of Fast X, which has given birth to the speculations around her association with the upcoming part of the action-drama franchise.
Gal Gadot’s Fast X Cameo Was Hinted By The Fast And Furious Franchise Earlier
Gal Gadot was introduced to the Fast And Furious franchise with the 2009 release of The Fast & The Furious. She was seen playing the character of Gisele Yashar, a weapon expert who is later found to be an ex-Mossad agent. She was last seen in Fast X in the last segment of the movie working with Cipher to help her escape from a prison in Antarctica.
Her appearance made her fans more than happy as it was expected that her character had met its ending as the franchise is quite popular for adding and subtracting characters.
However, according to the creative brains behind the franchise, they had already hinted about the association of Gal Gadot with the installments. After her cameo in Fast X, it has been assumed that Gal Gadot could be a part of the eleventh installment too.
Gal Gadot On Her Association With The Fast And Furious Franchise
During an interview with the media outlet Total Film, Gal Gadot broke her silence on her association with the Fast And Franchise. After Fast And Furious 6, she was seen in 2023 and released Fast X along with Cipher and Letty Ortiz. The actor said-
“Wow. I wish I could say something. If I’m going to say something to you, somebody is going to jump into my room and tie my mouth. But Fast was the first feature I’d ever done as an actress. They were the ones to give me my first opportunity, my first break in Hollywood. And I’m forever grateful for that.”
She further explained-
“And they’re a community. They’re like family. We still keep in touch. They have a special place in my heart and it’s very exciting. I think that the Fast Saga… they manage to create a huge, incredible, loyal fanbase like no one else. I’ve seen it nowhere [else], you know? And my love to them, and the love from the fans, and my love to the fans, it just felt right this time. And it’s very exciting.”
Gal Gadot has been a part of 2009’s Fast & Furious, 2011’s Fast Five, and 2013’s Fast & Furious 6, and almost a decade later she went on to reprise the character of Gisele Yashar in Fast X.
