Recently after appearing on I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! the Zoey 102 star stated that she loves her sister and has never tried to take control of anything that her elder sister owns.

However, in August 2020, Jamie Lynn Spears reportedly filed a request in court to gain control over Britney Spears’s assets which would have earned the former Nickelodeon star more control over her sister’s belongings. The actor was also criticized over her claims about Britney Spears’ controversial Florida condo, and her recent comment on the show: “I’ve been the one person in her life, and she can say this, I’ve never taken anything from her”, has frustrated the talented singer’s fans on X (earlier Twitter)

Fans don’t seem to accept what Jamie Lynn Spears claims after witnessing what Britney Spears wrote in her memoir and most notably in her lengthy Instagram posts where she mentions her family being extremely unsupportive including her sister.
Britney Spears Revealed Her Sister Made Salacious Stories About Her
In her memoir, The Woman in Me, the pop sensation has penned down the experience when her family including Jamie Lynn Spears contributed to her pain and suffering. While Britney Spears was dealing with media scrutiny, her sister was busy making a profit out of her problems: explained the singer in her book:
“My sister and I should have found comfort in each other, but unfortunately that hasn’t been the case. As I was fighting the conservatorship and receiving a lot of press attention, she was writing a book capitalizing on it. She rushed out salacious stories about me, many of them hurtful and outrageous. I was really let down.”
The Criminal singer expressed disappointment with the Crossroads star who barely supported her sister during her tough times. Britney Spears claimed that Lynn Spears didn’t care and she blamed her elder sister’s success and everything that came with it.
