In February 2024, the two of them attended the W Magazine afterparty, and later that same month, the two of them were spotted at a dinner date in West Hollywood.
Keoghan flew to Singapore to watch his lady love open for Taylor Swift for the Eras Tour. A lot of fans at the time spotted the actor smiling as Carpenter cheekily changed the lyrics of her song ‘Nonsense.’ She said, He said that he wishes he was on me/got me wetter than the Jewel Changi/Singapore. According to US Weekly, the two of them have been dating since January 2024, and a source at the time shared,

He loved the song. He’s obsessed with the lyrics, and I’m so grateful for that. I don’t want to sound biased, but I think he’s one of the best actors of this generation. So getting to see him on-screen with my song as the soundtrack made the video better and all the more special.
The two of them have kept their relationship away from the public eye, but during her Rolling Stone interview, she was asked if she calls the actor her boyfriend yet. To which she replied by asking the publication how to skirt around the question. She however added,
