Charlie Sheen is one of Hollywood’s hippest actors. But Sheen has been involved in quite a few controversies. Some were due to his history of d*ug and a*cohol addiction. These controversies unluckily had a negative impact on his career. He was also occasionally attacked for allegedly getting wasted on the set of movies. The twist is that Chris Tucker believes Sheen to be one of the nicest guys around despite all of this.

Chris Tucker borrowed Charlie Sheen’s Ferrari

American stand-up comedian and actor Christopher Tucker made his comedic debut in 1992. Tucker started out by performing stand-up on HBO’s Def Comedy Jam show. There he later established himself as a regular. It’s interesting that Tucker and Charlie Sheen worked on the 1997 movie Money Talks. Even more surprising is that Tucker once discussed his opinions about Charlie Sheen during a podcast. He revealed that he genuinely thinks Sheen is one of the nicest guys in the industry.

Regarding Sheen, Chris Tucker added, “He’s one of my best friends.” The deep respect that Chris Tucker has for the incredibly cool yet somewhat controversial actor, Charlie Sheen, goes way back to an incident when Tucker was just 24 years old. It all started when Tucker asked Sheen if he could borrow his Ferrari, as Tucker didn’t have one himself. In a surprising and generous move, Sheen agreed without hesitation.

One standout memory was when he showed up late for work, only to find Sheen absent altogether. So, when the crew or director gave Tucker a hard time for being tardy, he’d say, “Charlie ain’t even here. Why are y’all arguing with me? Find Charlie first!” The comedy throughout the film is spot on. No one would have expected anything less from Charlie Sheen and Chris Tucker.
