“How could you not stare at Kim?”: Kim Kardashian And Travis Barker Affair – Ex-Wife Shanna Moakler Reveals Shocking Details
Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have been a blissful couple since late 2020. But she wasn’t the first member of the family to win Barker’s love. More than a decade earlier, he dated Paris Hilton and allegedly, became close to Kim Kardashian. Kim K was serving as Hilton’s personal assistant at the time.
Keeping that aside, the drummer recently posted a string of adorable images on social media in honor of his current wife’s (Kourtney Kardashian) birthday. One would assume from looking at them that these two were meant to be together. However, it’s interesting to note that a lot happened before the two met.
Before he married Kourtney K, Barker allegedly had an affair with Kim Kardashian, according to Shanna Moakler, Barker’s ex-wife.
The former Miss USA has undoubtedly been expecting Kourtney Kardashian’s response to her husband and Kim Kardashian affair rumor. According to an alleged text, Shanna Moakler shockingly claimed that she had divorced him because she had “caught” Barker with Kanye West’s ex-wife.
Kim Kardashian And Travis Barker’s Alleged Affair
Two years ago, Travis Barker’s ex-wife, Shanna Moakler revealed in an exclusive interview with Us Weekly that she had “never” been friends with the Kardashians because “I saw them — I caught them [Kim Kardashian and Travis Barker] having an affair.”
Alabama Luella Barker, the daughter of Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler, shared a text message from her mother’s phone in May 2021, purporting to show that Barker had an affair with Kim K.
“I [Shanna Moaklerh] divorced Travis because I caught him having an affair with Kim! Now he’s in love with her sister,” the alleged text read. “It’s all gross…I’m not the bad guy!”
Barker and Moakler were married for four years, from 2004 to 2008. The ex-couple share two children. They separated in 2006 and later, Moakler claimed that her ex-husband had cheated on her with Kim Kardashian while they were married.
Despite having a flirtatious relationship with Kanye West’s ex-wife, the 47-year-old American musician had approved of Moakler’s claim.
Travis Barker’s Reaction
In his 2015 book, Can I Say: Living Large, Cheating Death, and Drums, Drums, Drums, Travis Barker discussed his relationship with the founder of SKIMS. The Blink-182 drummer described a trip to Amsterdam with Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian, whom he often referred to as “Paris’ closet girl,” in his memoir.
He wrote at the time, admitting that he kept in touch with the Selfish author after they returned to the United States,
“I kept on secretly checking out Kim, telling Lil Chris, ‘I don’t care if she’s the closet girl, she’s f-king hot. We went to dinner, we went to lunch. You might think I would be doing the worst things with this girl because of her tapes, but it was the exact opposite of any other encounter I’ve had with a woman: with Kim, I wanted to be nothing but a gentleman to her. It was so weird.’”
“How could you not stare at Kim?” Barker exclaimed in a later interview with Us in 2015.
“Mind you, I enjoyed hanging out with Paris, but I love curvy girls. Kim was eye candy. I was in no way disrespectful to Paris, but I couldn’t keep my eyes off Kim.”
Moakler, however, told US Weekly that Travis Barker was “100%” lying about not hooking up with Kim K.
Before the 2007 release of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Barker allegedly slept with Kim K, according to Moakler. On the other hand, Moakler’s accusations have consistently been refuted by the mother of four.
Currently, Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are a happily married couple, as can be seen from their social media posts.
