‘Hypocrite’ Britney Spears Slammed after $70M Rich Singer Would Rather Pick the ‘Homeless’ Over Hollywood Stars: “You literally invited Hollywood to your wedding”
It’s not surprising that Britney Spears has taken such a firm position. The Crossroads actress has been in the spotlight since she was a pre-teenager when she competed on Disney Channel’s Mickey Mouse Club. She rose to stardom after performing Baby…One More Time in the late 1990s became a media phenomenon.
Britney Spears went to Instagram, posting several times, including one in which she stated that she would ‘rather hang out with homeless people than individuals in Hollywood.’ The music icon also shared several Instagram photos with her 41.7 million fans. The Toxic singer is said to have attacked the people of Hollywood, prompting admirers to bombard her with remarks emphasizing her hypocrisy.
Britney Spears Says She’d Rather Befriend Homeless People Than Hollywood Stars
Britney Spears recently stated on Instagram that she would rather chill out with destitute people than those who work in Hollywood. Spears, who has had a rocky relationship with Instagram, gave a fiery response in a post on Thursday. She shared a text picture to her account, commenting, “Does that mean the devil is extremely hot and nice?” She added a few emoticons, including the purple devil character and a cry-laughing emoji.
“I’d rather hang out with homeless people than people in Hollywood…just saying,” said the 40-year-old music sensation.

The Instagram post was later taken down by the singer
The post, which has since been removed, rapidly gained popularity, with some users stating, “Homeless people probably have A LOT more wisdom than those in Hollywood.”
While the post was live on her page, Spears’ admirers commented that several Hollywood celebrities attended her wedding last year. On June 9, 2022, Spears wedded her long-term boyfriend, 28-year-old Sam Asghari. Madonna, Selena Gomez, Paris Hilton, Donatella Versace, and Drew Barrymore were among the celebrities who attended the gathering at Spears’ house in Thousand Oaks, California.
Britney Spear’s family did not receive an invitation to her wedding
Spears deleted her Instagram account just days after marrying Asghari, leading admirers to wonder if the move was motivated by family turmoil. Spears was in a contentious conservatorship for nearly 14 years, with her family overseeing the majority of her personal and business choices, before the arrangement was terminated late in 2021.
Spears’ mother Lynne Spears, father Jamie Spears, and sister Jamie-Lynn Spears were not invited to her nuptials. There had previously been rumors that Spears’ brother, Bryan Spears, had been asked to the wedding, but the performer refuted this in a now-deleted tweet, saying, “You were never invited to my wedding… Bryan, f**k yourself.”
The artist has been in the news for some reason or the other as reports suggest that she is still struggling to move on from the turmoil she went through during her conservatorship.
