“I don’t think you take it lightly”: Despite Failing To Reconcile Relationship With Gisele Bundchen, Tom Brady Is Impressed With Ex-wife’s Parenting Skills
Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady were once one of the most talked about couples. The Brazilian model and the football player were married for 13 years. However, the couple decided to part ways in October last year. Despite the separation, the former NFL quarterback misses the parenting skills of Bundchen. They share two children together, a son named Benjamin who was born in December 2009, and a daughter named Vivian Lake Brady (2012).
Tom Brady Discusses Gisele Bundchen’s Parenting Skills
Even though the two have parted ways and their attempts for reconciliation have failed, it seems that Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen are on good terms. Recently, the Super Bowl MVP Award winner said some good things about his ex’s parenting skills.
Recently, Brady talked about his two children and emphasized how Bundchen has done an “amazing job” in raising them. He said,
“I think for me, when you decide to have children, that’s a big undertaking, and I don’t think you take it lightly. And I think these kids that come up under your roof, you want to provide them with values, so that when they move forward in their life, they have a real solid base and foundation,”
Brady further said that he and his ex-wife have “done an amazing job of providing that” while stating that he will continue to do that. He also added,
We’re never a finished product. The kids aren’t finished products. At the end of the day, we’re learning along with them. And all you can do is the best you can do with the opportunities that you have, and the challenges you have, and we all have unique challenges to our life that we deal with.”
Brady Has Also Retired From Sports
In February this year, Brady stated that he has retired from sports for good. So far, he has announced his retirement on two occasions. He has also filed his retirement papers to the NFLPA and the NFL. But there have been rumors that he might make a comeback to play for the Las Vegas Raiders.
However, the legendary player has bad news for all his fans. He has clarified that he will not be “playing again.” He added, “So I’ve tried to make that clear and I hate to continue to profess that because I’ve already told people that lots of times.”
Well, that’s definitely sad to hear but given the long and successful career Brady has enjoyed, it’s time for him to take a back seat and enjoy his life to the fullest.
