The former talk show host, Ellen DeGeneres, famously known for her show The Ellen DeGeneres Show, was recently bombarded with insensitive questions regarding her ex, Anne Heche. The actress had been in an unfortunate and fatal car accident when her car smashed into a house while she was drunk driving earlier this week on August 5th, 2022, and is in critical condition. The two were quite the controversial couple back when they were dating between 1997 till 2000. Even though it has been quite a while since both of them were together, the comedian, Ellen DeGeneres wishes well for her former girlfriend.

With the recent events of Anne Heche’s life-threatening car accident, the media decided to question Ellen DeGeneres about her take on the incident. When asked if she would want to send any good wishes, the host of ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’ said that “I don’t want anyone to be hurt”. The celebrity sends kind words to her ex-girlfriend, Anne Heche, with whom she was not in contact for a long time. The two had not talked to each other for years after their breakup.

The actress who suffered the brutal car accident in question, Anne Heche, used to be a former lover of the Finding Nemo voice actress. The two had shared a romantic history between 1997 and 2000. The pair had to go through a lot of controversy about the nature of their relationship at that time as well. The stigma around their relationship had gotten to a point where it had started to affect their careers as Anne Heche had got fired from her multi-million-dollar picture deal and did not work in a studio picture for 10 years due to their relationship.

The actress, Anne Heche was severely injured after her car smashed into a house on August 5th, 2022. She was on a ventilator and had to go through major surgery after the incident. In an email, Heather Duffy Boylston, who is Anne Heche’s friend and podcast partner mentioned “Shortly after the accident, Anne became unconscious, slipping into a coma and is in critical condition”. It was furthermore stated that “She has a significant pulmonary injury requiring mechanical ventilation and burns that require surgical intervention”. Apart from this, no information was given regarding the actress and her condition.
