“I need a wedding scene for Stranger Things period”: Millie Bobby Brown’s Huge Demand Might Not Get Fulfilled as Her Netflix Show Comes to Its Final Season
Millie Bobby Brown once revealed what she wishes to see in Stranger Things next season. It seemed like she already knew that she wanted to have lovebirds Eleven and Mike get married. From strangers to friends and finally lovers, the cute bond between the characters must have the big win, especially Eleven, who’s been through so much.
Many might think Eleven and Mike are both just teenagers now, but the actress has a solution for it, too. According to her, the show could set a story in the future. She wants a romantic angle, preferably one that does not involve any strange things.
Millie Bobby Brown Demands a Wedding Scene in Stranger Things
Stranger Things fans have finally got their biggest treat. With makers revealing about an upcoming season, fans are overjoyed. While the real-life Eleven might have teased the potential plans about getting married to her fiancé Jake Bongiovi, it is yet to be seen if her on-screen character Eleven would get to have a wedding scene.
In an interview with Glamour UK, when talking about Eleven, Brown said,
“Oh my god she’s been through so much, I just hope she’s happy. I always say to the Duffers, ‘Can she just not smile like in one take?’ I would love her story to be rounded off by like a good ending. I trust the Duffer Brothers so much that it’s going to be beautiful and I’m going to love it no matter what it is. But I’d love for her to get her powers back because she is a hero, she is like a superwoman in a way.”
Going ahead, Brown even revealed her hopes for Eleven’s marriage to Mike in Stranger Things. It included the wedding bells on set. During her interview with Glamour UK as the star of their digital cover, she said:
“She loves Mike – I want them to get married. That’s what I need. I need a wedding scene for Stranger Things, period.”
Describing her imagination, Millie Bobby Brown openly talked about how the scene would look like. In her words, Eleven’s bleeding nose and her white wedding dress would be a perfect fit. That would also be pretty hilarious, bringing the story full circle.
Eleven’s Romance With Mike Might Have the Perfect Ending
From the first season of Stranger Things, where Mike and Eleven’s friendship turned to romance, and they shared a kiss at a school dance, to the last season, where the on-screen couple seemed stronger together, a lot of things are being expected to happen between the characters and one of them is marriage.
In an interview with Total Film Magazine, it was revealed by David Harbour, or the beloved Sheriff Hopper, that the upcoming season is about to be quite moving. According to him, the latest scripts are just terrific, as usual.
Harbour then continued to say that the “currently-on-strike” writers known as Duffer Brothers are outdoing themselves like they have before. He even claimed that the set props and other things in the script were much bigger than the ones they had worked with earlier.
