The pair claimed in an interview with Variety that they believe the rumors started as a result of a fashion decision. On her wedding day, Peltz opted for a Valentino gown rather than a Victoria Beckham creation.

The news comes after it was revealed that her father, Nelson Peltz, had filed a lawsuit against the wedding planners hired six weeks before the actor’s wedding in Brooklyn. He sued Nicole Braghin and Arianna Grijalba for allegedly refusing to return a $159,000 deposit after they quit just nine days into the job.
The lawsuit includes communications from billionaire Peltz to wedding planners that show her control-freak tendencies, which have contributed to her bad reputation. Following their star-studded wedding, Nicola Peltz and Victoria Beckham have not been on the best of terms. The feud between the ladies allegedly began when the actress refused to wear her mother-in-law’s gown.
