“I’d like to see him retire right now”: Tom Brady Gets Sage Advice From Journalist, Implores NFL Legend to Retire Mid-Season to Save Marriage With Gisele Bündchen
The news of Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen’s divorce has been making the rounds ever since the former un-retired from NFL. There have been various discussions on whether the divorce would take place or not. And now that Brady is in the middle of the NFL season, former American football wide receiver T. J. Moe shared his thoughts on the issue. In the talk show Fearless with Jason Whitlock, Moe advised Brady to retire from the game. According to him, Tom Brady still has the chance to save his marriage.
However, Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady have already started living separately. The pair have also hired high-profile attorneys to settle the divorce. And Bündchen was spotted without her wedding ring recently. On top of that Brady has talked about being fully committed to his game. Therefore divorce seems inevitable in this case, and there is very little chance of the two ever getting back together as a married couple.
Why are Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady Separating From Each Other?
The talks of divorce were always around the corner between Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady. Bündchen did not like the idea of the NFL quarterback being on the field. According to reports, the Victoria’s Secret model was concerned about Brady sustaining injuries while playing. Furthermore, she also disliked the tight schedules of the NFL which demanded a lot of time from the athlete.
The supermodel complained that Brady was away from home and family for 6 months at a time due to NFL schedules. This led to her decision to file for a divorce unless Brady decided to retire from his profession.
Following that, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback did retire only to return after a few weeks. That was the last straw for Bündchen as she hired a high-profile divorce attorney named Tom Sasser. Sasser has a history of handling divorce cases of eminent celebrities such as Tiger Woods. Similarly, Brady has also hired a high-profile attorney for himself. The divorce seems inevitable now with no hope of getting back together. Additionally, according to Page Six, it was revealed that the two have already been living separately.
Journalists are Requesting Tom Brady to Retire from NFL
In a recent episode of the talk show Fearless with Jason Whitlock, T.J. Moe and host Jason Whitlock talked about the Brady and Bündchen divorce news. According to Moe, Brady made a wrong decision by un-retiring and losing his wife. He shared his thoughts and asked Brady to retire, saying, “I’d like to see him retire. Right now. Middle of the season.”
After that, he also added that for him no man was worth enough to abandon his wife. Moe requested Brady to go back to his family and abandon NFL saying,
“I’m telling you, I’m abandoning every man that’s ever existed before I’m abandoning my wife…. Go save your family, man. Football ain’t worth it.”
The host Whitlock agreed with Moe but also admitted that he understood Brady’s situation. According to him, the quarterback was in a “tight spot” as he could not just abandon his team mid-season.
Ultimately both the analysts of the talk show agreed that marriage was more important than any football game.
