What Jane Doe Stated In Lawsuit?
Allen’s former manager claimed in the lawsuit that he repeatedly harassed and r*ped her in it, as well as s*xually abused and assaulted her. The case was filed in Tennessee on May 11 under the name “Jane Doe” and was filed anonymously. The lawsuit further asserts that his management team at Wide Open Music was informed of Allen’s actions but did nothing to safeguard her.
She asserts that following a business dinner and the Idol taping, she had a nightmare and woke up n*ked in her hotel room bleeding, in pain, and with no memory of the previous evening’s events. He told People, “I acknowledge that we had a s*xual relationship — one that lasted for nearly two years. During that time, she never once accused me of any wrongdoing. Only after things ended between us, did she hire a lawyer to reach out and ask for money, which leads me to question her motives”.
Gale, Allen’s wife, has largely remained silent ever since they both announced they were getting a divorce. She submitted two statements asking to be left alone just before the lawsuit was brought: She commented, “Continue the chaos while I heal in peace,” and, “My Instagram isn’t a helpline so please stop messaging me about any third parties.”
In 2020, Allen was hitched to Alexis Gale. Last month, they announced their separation while also announcing the birth of their third child together. They already had two daughters together. Additionally, Allen has a son from a prior union. Only time will tell how this crisis develops and whether Allen is able to restore confidence and undo the harm.
