The singer posted a picture alongside music producer and engineer, Daniel Zaidenstadt and sported a cornrows hairstyle. The internet had mixed reactions to Malik’s new look. Many joked that he resembles Canadian rapper Drake and many even said that the hairstyle is cultural appropriation.
Apart from this, several media outlets have claimed that Malik is possibly dating singer Selena Gomez, who previously had a long feud with her ex-boyfriend, Justin Bieber’s wife, Hailey Bieber. A source recently claimed that they spotted Gomez and Malik at a restaurant in New York City.

A hostess at a restaurant in Manhattan has made some bold claims. She claims that she witnessed the singers kissing while they went on a romantic dinner date in late March. The rumors first began spreading around after the singer followed Selena Gomez on Instagram.
Malik’s last relationship was with supermodel Gigi Hadid. They broke up in October 2021 after the singer was accused of assaulting the model’s mother, Yolanda Hadid. He denied these accusations. They share a two-year-old daughter named Khai.
