“It nearly gave them a heart attack”: Sam Smith Terrorizes Elderly Tourists After They Accidentally Enter Rented House to Find Singer Filming Explicit Scenes

Sam Smith, an English musician who gained fame in October 2012 by featuring on Disclosure’s breakthrough single Latch, became quite popular when their single Unholy with Kim Petras, from their forthcoming fourth album Gloria, got viral this year. They are currently preparing for their upcoming album which turned out to be a complete shock for others.

In recent reports, Smith was filming explicit scenes for their music video which caused quite a stir when the filming came in front of elderly tourists who were visiting the place.

The 30-year-old, Sam Smith rented a former royal residence, Hertfordshire’s Ashridge House for the filming of their explicit-themed music video. However, their shooting place became quite an attraction as the place was open at the time to the public for tourist visits. Unaware of the shooting, elder visitors reportedly were “absolutely shocked.”

A source told The Sun,

“They had hired part of the house completely but the gardens and other areas were still open to the public. There were plenty of older folk enjoying a walk in the grounds when a load of geezers in leather turned up in all sorts.”

The non-binary singer is set to release their fourth studio album, Gloria, on 27 January 2023 through Capitol Records.

Sharing to Instagram, they announced,

“It has been magical in every way to make this piece of music and by giving this record to you I am giving you part of my heart and soul. Gloria got me through some dark times and was a beacon for me in my life. I hope it can be that for you. Thank you for waiting so long. Only a few months now. Sam x”

This album is set to be the most upbeat of all the albums yet. The album’s lead single Unholy, featuring Kim Petras, has dominated the charts in the US and the UK. Along with that, another single Love Me More was released in April this year.

The Gloria is set to release in 2023.
