Quentin Tarantino’s Pulp Fiction was nominated for Academy Awards in seven categories and secured an Oscar for Best Screenplay Written Directly for the Screen.
Quentin Tarantino’s Kill Bill was theatrically released in 2003. The action-thriller had Uma Thurman in the lead role as a former assassin whose objective is to take revenge on her unborn child on her ex-teammates and her leader, who tried to kill her unborn child. The movie went on to receive positive reviews from the audience and grossed around $180 million at the box office.

During the New York premiere of The Slap, Uma Thurman set the internet on fire. Celebrities from the entertainment world speculated that the Gattaca actor had been under the knife. Her dramatic transformation made headlines and created rumors of the actor going for a n*p/tuck.
Uma Thurman debunked the plastic surgery rumors and went on to clarify that her look was a result of her experimentation with make-up. During an interview on the Today Show, Uma Thurman confessed
“I know I look weird. I don’t know, I guess nobody liked my makeup.”
The Golden Globe-nominated actor further continued as-
“I’ve been doing this for years and years and years. People say things nice and they say things mean and it’s just like ‘whatever’. You take the good with the bad. I think that women should feel open and free to experiment with different beauty looks – it’s only make-up, at the end of the day it all washes off.”
Uma Thurman turned heads at the New York premiere of The Slap with bright red lips, no mascara, and minimal makeup look.
Quentin Tarantino Provides A Major Update On Kill Bill Vol: 3
Quentin Tarantino’s action-adventure franchise Kill Bill saw its second installment released in the year 2004. Kill Bill fans were looking forward to the third volume of Uma Thurman’s starer movie. According to the rumors in tinsel town, the Pulp Fiction actor’s daughter Maya Hawke was supposed to be in the prequel. During an interview with the media outlet Deadline, Quentin Tarantino squashed all the rumors about Kill Bill Volume: 3.
The director revealed-
“I don’t see that. My last film is about a film critic, a male critic. And he plays in the 70s.”
In 2022, Uma Thurman had spoken about the possibility of Kill Bill Volume: 3 during The Jess Cagle Show. She mentioned-
“I can’t really tell you anything about it. I mean it has been discussed over the years. There was real thought about it happening, but very long ago. I don’t see it as immediately on the horizon.”
