Gadot starred as one of the lead characters in the 2021 Netflix action-comedy Red Notice. Her co-stars were Ryan Reynolds and Dwayne Johnson, both of whom have been quite busy with their respective endeavors lately. An insider has recently claimed that Reynolds and Johnson not stepping up for a Red Notice sequel has led to Gadot switching sides and teaming up with Margot Robbie and her husband Tom Ackerley.

Gal Gadot comes from a modeling background and also won the Miss Israel national beauty pageant over two decades ago. She lost her chance at a big screen debut in the James Bond movie Quantum of Solace.
Luckily for her, the casting director had taken a liking to her and sought her for the role of Gisele Yashar in the action film Fast & Furious. Thereafter, she had small roles in several films, but that changed when she became part of DCEU, another huge franchise.
However, apart from this, Gadot has not had much success in standalone films. She even wanted Red Notice to become a franchise with a sequel. An insider has recently disclosed to Life & Style Magazine that Reynolds and Johnson keeping it on hold has led to Gadot making some harsh decisions.
That wait turned into two years and Gal lost patience with Dwayne and Ryan, who had multiple other projects lined up. That’s precisely when Gal pivoted and started sucking up to Margot and Tom, who totally love her and are trying to find something to do with her.
