As Jennifer Lawrence is gearing up for her upcoming film No Hard Feelings, the actress recently shared her view on reprising her role as Katniss Everdeen in The Hunger Games franchise. It is undoubtedly one of the greatest film projects that Lawrence has taken up in her career to date.

It helped bring her to the spotlight, especially among the young viewers. Discussing the topic of reprising her role in a recent interview, she seemed more than eager to take part in another Hunger Games project if ever came across her again.

The Hunger Games was one film franchise that made Jennifer Lawrence a household name with her role as Katniss Everdeen. This year a prequel to the film titled The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes is going to hit the theatres in November.

The story does not revolve around Katniss but rather Coriolanus Snow’s rise to power. Recently, in an interview with Variety, the Silver Linings Playbook star was asked whether she would ever reprise her role in the franchise again. And Lawrence confirmed that she would love to if it ever happened saying,

“If Katniss ever could ever come back into my life, 100 percent.”

As for Lawrence’s upcoming project, the 32-year-old actor is gearing up for an upcoming s*x comedy titled No Hard Feelings. She portrays the role of a woman in her early thirties hired to seduce a 19-year-old boy by his parents to get him out of his shell before college. The film is set to release on the 23rd of June this year.

Her younger co-star Andrew Barth Feldman also mentioned growing up watching and reading the Hunger Games films and books. He praised Lawrence for her performance as Katniss Everdeen.

And after almost Eight years, the dystopian story is coming back to the theatres with the prequel titled The Hunger Games: Ballad of Songbirds Snakes. But this time there is no Katniss Everdeen or Peeta Mellark rather the story chronicles the rise of Coriolanus Snow’s rise to power and ultimately becoming the President of Panem.

It stars Viola Davis, Rachel Zegler, Tom Blyth, Hunter Schafer, etc. The prequel is slated to release on the 17th of November this year.
