Kanye West Still Loves Wearing His Adidas Merch after German Sportswear Brand Brought Him To The Streets, Cost Him Nearly $2B in Losses
Even though Kanye West has been booted from Adidas, he remains dedicated to the brand and still rocks it as if nothing has happened. Kanye West was just spotted wearing his Adidas merchandise with the controversial figure Milo Yiannopoulos in Los Angeles on Thursday night, so the rapper shtick has reached a new level.
The fallout from Kanye West’s controversial comments has further damaged his reputation and led to him losing upwards of $2 billion in just 24 hours. Same as Milo Yiannopoulos has been banned from every social media platform.
Kanye West Still Wears Adidas Merchandise
According to TMZ reports, Donda rapper Kanye West, 45, was spotted leaving the Waldorf Astoria in Beverly Hills with a glass of bubbly on Thursday night. There was a woman with him and a British commentator named Milo Yiannopoulos. Ye wore a black sweatshirt and white crossover bag emblazoned with the Adidas logo from the Balenciaga x Adidas collection.
Fans raised eyebrows when Milo Yiannopoulos and Ye were seen together. Milo Yiannopoulos, 38, was born and raised in Chatham, Kent, England. His father is half Greek and half Irish, and his mother is half Jewish; he faced his parent’s divorce when he was a child. He is a British commentator who has also been published as Milo Andreas Wagner and by the mononym Milo.
It appears that West can surprise us again with his upcoming plans after his anti-semitic feud online and his appearance with Milo Yiannopoulos, who has also had a most controversial past resulting in his ban from all social media platforms.
The Adidas-Kanye West Relationship Ended
Kanye West’s clothes were another exciting aspect of his get-together with Milo Yiannopoulos. As we all know, some of the most influential brands that worked with the disgraced rapper recently dropped him. In the end, the Adidas collaboration hurt his pockets the most.
In the wake of his anti-Semitic remarks on various platforms, he was dropped by the German sportswear brand with nearly $2 billion in his bank account. He was knocked out from the Forbes billionaire list simultaneously. After he made remarks disparaging Jews recently, he quickly lost lucrative business partnerships. In addition to Balenciaga, Vogue and T.J Maxx dissolved their relationships with the once-billionaire rapper.
However, it doesn’t seem to matter to him since he was spotted wearing the brand’s logo during his evening event with Yiannopoulos. However, Adidas has not made any public statements about it. Adidas is unclear about West’s clothing choices after severing ties with him over antiemetic rants. In a statement, the company said it would continue to sell Ye-inspired shoes without the Yeezy name.
Additionally, West’s lawyers, bank, and record label have dropped him, despite losing millions in contracts with Adidas and other brands.
