It looks like the Kardashians’ employees can’t keep up with them! As per reports, he has claimed that he was wrongfully fired from his employment and it all began to stem after he suffered from knee surgery.

The 38-year-old socialite, Khloe Kardashian is no exception when it comes to tiring her employees out with extreme workloads. As per TMZ, her former household assistant, Matthew Manhard has decided to sue her as he was fired by her in November last year after he returned to resume his work which he was unable to do due to his knee injury that happened in May that year.

He was working with the TV reality star for three years and kicked off his duties on January 2019. As per the assistant, working with the Good American founder was a nightmare. She used to always keep him busy with hectic tasks. Due to that, he was often unable to take the legit breaks required by the employees.

Not just that, he allegedly stated that she also refused to give him compensation for his overtime even though he worked 12-hour days. However, things got more severe when he was fired from his job.

The mother of two is now facing a legal lawsuit from her former assistant as he claimed that he was fired from the job due to his knee injury even though he told his employer about the reason for taking a break. Due to his injury, he was unable to perform his job but the scenario completely changed when he returned to work only to find himself he was fired from the job.

While Kardashian’s rep stated about the lawsuit,

“It’s unfortunate to learn that a former employee would choose to go this route. Matthew was properly classified and compensated for his role.”

Regarding his claims of taking a leave, reps stated,

“Toward the end of his employment, he was on a leave of absence for an extended period of time and the role eventually needed to be replaced. We will not tolerate false accusations and will prove that this is a frivolous lawsuit.”

As per reports, the former assistant is looking for monetary compensation by claiming that the former has violated California labor laws.
