Kim Kardashian who is envied for her exquisite beauty and perfect hourglass body shares her extreme workout routine with her fans. Coming out to the public on Sunday, with her workout video on Instagram the SKIMS founder appears in black gym attire training herself like none. Wearing a little makeup with her hair styled in a way to look like a loose hairdo, Kardashian shows her daily exercise session.
Updating her millions of fans with an Instagram caption, “It’s been three months now working out with @senada.greca” the 42-year-old demonstrated her routine. While placing a 40-pound weight on her shoulder, Kardashian explained, “We lift weights for two hours daily and do 5 or 6 days a week”. Beginning to show her way of squatting, with one heel lifted off the floor, the mother of four further explained her goal.

While explaining her extreme workout session, the 42-year-old expressed her fitness goal to her followers. “My goal was to gain muscle and be strong and I see such a difference already. I’m proud of our commitment together. It always starts with small goals.” she shared. Moving onto her lateral squats, Kim Kardashian explained, “banded thigh lateral squats with a 40 lbs weight” before proceeding.
Kardashian surprised her fans with her professional athlete-like expertise while placing a red exercise band around one of her legs, to add resistance. She further showed how she places her feet together and squats, keeping her legs hip apart. Helping her fans to try her workout routine at home, the SKIMS founder mentioned, “We do 4 sets of 12 reps on each side”. Famously known for her buttocks, Kim Kardashian took her fans through her bottom exercise.
Lifting up her buttocks, Kardashian referred to as “banded kneeling morning thrusts with a 40 lb weight” and started exercising. Continuing her lower limb exercise, the influencer admitted, “This exercise is one of my least favorites but you gotta push through even when you don’t want to and I’m scared of @senada. greca”.
Finally ending her routine with step-ups, Kim Kardashian seemed thrilled to demonstrate and share her workout session with her fans. Urging her followers to check out her triceps and delts after the entire workout routine, Kardashian ended the video.
