Kung Fu Panda 4 Trailer Hints at Master Rhino’s Appearance
The trailer for the movie Kung Fu Panda 4 was released in December last year, creating buzz across the world. The first three movies of the franchise have been received tremendously with fans rewatching the movies for comfort and to experience a slice of their nostalgic childhood. After watching the trailer numerous times, fans dove into the intricacies of its content and theorized how some of the past characters might make a comeback in the upcoming movie.
We already know Po’s power to contact the spirit realm and master inner peace. However, some aspects of the Kung Fu Panda 4 trailer point out the return of some revered warriors from the dead.
We learn about Master Rhino in the second movie when Po goes to Lord Shen’s territory to fight his terror and find out more about his past. Shifu finds out that Shen has killed Master Rhino with a canon, so he dispatches the warriors to bring peace to the valley. There, Po sees Master Ox and Master Croc locked up in a cage.
Po is led to believe that he stands no chance against Shen since he already defeated the greatest masters in Kung Fu. Being the leader of the Kung Fu Council, everyone respected and admired Master Rhino for his unparalleled intellect and his ability to defeat enemies with speed and accurate strength.
In the Kung Fu Panda 4 trailer, we see a similarity in the symbols on Master Rhino’s horn and the floor where the sorceress and Tai Lung are seen.
We are led to believe that there might be some connection between the two. Master Rhino was a regent of the city, a warrior beyond comparison. He was seen in the second movie for a moment, but seeing him in a larger role in Kung Fu Panda 4 will be very exciting.

Who is the Villain in Kung Fu Panda 4?
Two of the most fierce villains Po has fought might be a part of the forthcoming movie. Tai Lung and Lord Shen appear in the trailer for the briefest moment, teasing another smashing kung fu fight. While we see a chameleon turn into Tai Lung, Lord Shen can be recognized by his shadow alone.
The two enemies challenged Po and led him to believe in himself as a true warrior. Subsequently, even if the two villains come back, the fight will be very different since Po is now more centered and learned in the art of kung fu.
Kung Fu Panda 4 will feature a powerful sorceress as the central villain, so it is within reason that she will call out enemies from Po’s past and destroy the Valley of Peace. In the meanwhile, Po will be working on training other warriors as he takes his rightful place as the spiritual leader of the valley.
