Marvel Reportedly Has Already Auditioned Another Actor to Replace Jonathan Majors as Kang in Loki Season 2
Jonathan Majors is currently creating a lot of news headlines in the media. In March, he got arrested in New York City as a 30-year-old anonymous woman accused him of harassment and assault in Manhattan. The victim was his alleged girlfriend, who claimed that the Marvel star physically assaulted her during a heated argument.
However, now he is fighting his legal troubles, and his alleged girlfriend, Meagan Good, is showing her full support for the actor. Recently, he dropped out from his management agency, and now Marvel Studio is allegedly planning to replace the actor in Loki.
According to the latest reports, Marvel studio officials and executives might have to reconsider their decision regarding Jonathan Majors’s appearance in Phase Six of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Sources claim that Disney has allegedly planned to cast another star for the role of Majors in the American television series in case his legal trouble caused further harm or if they parted ways with him in the near future.
Is Marvel Studio Planning To Replace Jonathan Majors in Loki 2?
Jonathan Majors is arguably the most hardworking and talented star in Hollywood. He has done some of the most iconic roles in movies and superhero television series. Majors gain widespread attention for his powerful performance in Disney+ Loki and Ant-Man: Quantumania.
The actor has achieved enormous success and respect from his fans worldwide, but his recent legal troubles have caused quite a stir online, and his involvement with Marvel is also in jeopardy. Recently, a celebrity gossip page shared a bombshell post on Twitter alleging,
“Disney has already secured another actor for the role of Kang just in case they choose to part ways with Jonathan Majors. This potential change if it happens, will be justified and explained within Loki season 2. Marvel Studios prepares alternatives for everything all the time.”

This latest news comes as yet another controversy that seems to be plaguing his reputation further. Loki Season 2 will now release in October of this year. The changes have taken place because Jonathan Majors has been facing legal issues.
Is Jonathan Majors’ MCU Future in Jeopardy Amid His Legal Troubles?
While much speculation is going on the internet about whether Marvel will continue portraying Jonathan Majors in Phase Six of MCU, the author of the upcoming book, MCU: The Reign of Marvel Studios book Joanna Robinson revealed details of the actor’s future involvement in the franchise.
During her appearance on The Big Picture podcast, Robinson said,
“I was told by someone who works for Marvel it was not the plan to make Kang the center of everything until they saw the dailies from Quantumania and after his performance in Loki, which was so strong they were like, This is it. This is our way forward. We’ve lost our varsity hero team, but let’s set up around this guy Kang and this performer that so many people are reacting to.”
The author added that Marvel studio has “never hung so much of a franchise on one actor” as they have on Majors. She claimed,
“I don’t think you or I are very interested in saying what Marvel should or shouldn’t do going forward, but we know this is a huge problem for them that; they are facing and grappling with right now. And what’s unprecedented in this for Marvel is, I would argue, they have never hung so much of a franchise on one actor, as they tried to hang it on Jonathan Majors after his Loki performance and his Ant-Man: Quantumania performance.”
