Was Meghan Markle The Only One Having Fun?

Though it was her wedding day, it wasn’t just Meghan Markle who was having a good time. According to a source, Idris Elba brought the energy as the DJ, causing the A-list celebrity attendees to bust a move. The source described it as a massive dance party. “Everyone was letting loose and had a blast.”

The reception’s success was largely attributed to the songs that the Luther actor performed. The track list was disclosed by Elba while he was a guest on BBC’s 1Xtra Rap Show in April 2022. Specifically requested by Markle, Still D.R.E. and I Wanna Dance With Somebody were two songs that reportedly caused guests to “went off on” when he played them.

The first dance performance between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle was to Wilson Pickett’s Land of 1000 Dances, which was another memorable moment.
