Additionally, a statement and a stunning portrait of the Queen were uploaded to the website of the Royal Family. The obituary stated, “The Queen passed away quietly at Balmoral this afternoon.”
One source claims that while they perform the necessary upgrades, the official Royal Family website will be down.

Meghan Markle did not accompany Prince Harry to Scotland
According to reports, Prince Harry’s grandmother passed away about an hour and a half before he arrived at Balmoral. Her Majesty’s death was announced from Buckingham Palace at 6.30 p.m. today. However, flight records show that the Duke of Sussex’s plane was still in the air at the time and did not land for another 15 minutes. Following that, at around 7 p.m., onlookers saw him being transported away from the scene in a car.
Since Meghan Markle was in Germany promoting the Invictus Games, leaving Prince Harry to travel there without her. He joined the rest of the Royal Family at their Scottish home to mourn the death of the Queen.
