“Military style sandbag routines on the beach”: Robert Pattinson’s Brutal Batman Workout Routine Milked the Pain Out of His Body
Robert Pattinson known for his role in Twilight Saga has opened up about his intense workout session post covid. Just like any other person, even Pattinson had put on weight during covid 19, which was not even a bit suitable for his next project. Hence to get rid of the extra weight Robert Pattinson followed a brutal military style routine.

The Twilight Saga star Robert Pattinson revealed that he adopted a brutal military-style workout on the beach to get back in shape after the lockdown. Talking about this Pattinson said that it was during the lockdown that he had gained some weight which was not at all a good fit for his upcoming project.
Right after COVID-19, Pattinson had to start with the shooting of Batman for which he had to be in the best shape and lose all the extra weight that he had gained. To achieve the same Pattinson adopted the most brutal workout plan. This plan included military-style training on the beach with a sandbag routine as well as running 5 to 10 kilometers three times a week.
However, when asked about how he was able to keep up with such brutal training, Pattinson said “Training’s a lot more fun when you kind of get good at it. Once you pass over the kind of six-week mark, then it’s alright.”
Pattinson even said that once he had started doing everything in discipline it became quite hard for him to leave as he used to feel guilty for not working out.
Robert Pattinson will now share the screen with Robert Downey Jr. in his next project
Under the direction of Adam McKay, Robert Pattinson will yet again be seen on the silver screen in his next feature film titled, Average Height, Average Build. In this movie, Robert Pattinson will be sharing the screen with none other than the Iron Man of Hollywood Robert Downey Jr.
Apart from these two stars, Oscar winner Forest Whitaker, Amy Adams, and Danielle Deadwyler will also be seen in the movie. As per the reports by Deadline, this new feature film by Adam McKay is “part serial killer thriller, part comedy”.
Even though there is no official announcement on the release date of the movie it is said to be under production and will come out somewhere in mid-2024.
