The Devil We Know
Charlie Cox first played the Daredevil in Marvel TV’s Netflix original series which went by the titular name.
His acclaimed show went on for three seasons starting from 2015 till its end in 2018. He also portrayed the character in Marvel’s Netflix crossover series The Defenders (2017). After the cancellation of the show in 2018, the rights to Man Without Fear entered a state of confusion and limbo, but now things look positive for the ‘Man Without Fear’ thanks to the deal between Marvel with Netflix.
Where Can Daredevil Appear in MCU?
Daredevil might appear in She-Hulk and it seems fitting as well, given that both Matt Murdock and Jennifer Walters/She-Hulk are lawyers by day. Cox will also be voicing the character in the upcoming animated series Spider-Man: Freshman Year by Disney+.
Cox and Kingpin actor Vincent D’Onofrio are both set to appear in the upcoming Disney+ series Echo, a spinoff of Hawkeye by Marvel Studios. This would make a lot of sense, as Maya Lopez/Echo debuted in the comic books.
She-Hulk: Attorney at Law will deb on Wednesday, August 17 on Disney+. Daredevil: Born Again will hit the platform in 2024.
