Nicole Kidman Feels Tom Cruise’s New Love Story With Elsina Khayrova is Fake (Reports)
Actress Nicole Kidman and actor Tom Cruise were once regarded as one of the most admired couples in the entertainment industry. The duo were known to be a true ‘90s power couple who met on the sets of their movie Days of Thunder. They tied the knot in 1990; just a year after Cruise finalized his divorce from Mimi Rogers. Kidman and Cruise announced their separation in 2001 and filed for divorce.
The former couple in 1992 adopted daughter Isabella, followed by adopting son Connor in 1995. Tom Cruise, after his divorce from Nicole Kidman, moved on with actress Penélope Cruz before he married Katie Holmes in 2006. Cruise and Holmes split up in 2012. Nicole Kidman allegedly thinks Tom Cruise-Elsina Khayrova romance is ‘bizzare’
According to reports by RadarOnline, actress Nicole Kidman, who was married to Mission Impossible actor Tom Cruise in the 90s, does not believe the romance rumors of Cruise and Elsina Khayrova.
A source shared with National Enquirer via RadarOnline, that Kidman allegedly finds her former husband’s love affair with 36-year-old Russian socialite ‘bizarre’ and staged’. An insider said,
“It all seems staged and bizzare to her and makes her even more thankful for her own marriage. Tom’s shown for years he’s undatebale, and if he thinks he’s going to solve that problem by throwing money at his high-maintenance sweetie, then good luck with that.”
The insider also alleged,
“Nicole knows what a ham Tom is. He can pour on the charm and hire out an entire restaurant for one meal, but there is no substance there. Somewhere down the line, Tom’s going to get bored and distracted by other things, and Elsina’ going to kick him to the curb.”
The insider also mentioned that Nicole Kidman believes that Tom Cruise’s ego and bizarre lifestyle will eventually fizzle out this romance just like all others. However, Page Six reports that Cruise is extremely confident about his romance with a Russian socialite, adding that they’ve hung out at his favorite private members club. Cruise is now confident that this friendship turning into something more is going to work out for him in the long run.
Nicole Kidman opened up about struggling after her divorce from Tom Cruise
Kidman won her first Academy Award in 2003 for her performance in The Hours as Virginia Woolf. She revealed in author Dave Karger’s book 50 Oscar Nights that she was at the time still struggling from her divorce from Cruise.
She said via People,
“I was struggling with things in my personal life, yet my professional life was going to so well. That’s what happens right? I’m not a big party girl, so I was going to skip the Vanity Fair party and everyone was like, ‘You’ve got to go. You’ve got to walk through the party carrying your Academy Award.’”
Even though she didn’t want to, she did walk the red carpet with her trophy but admitted that she was indeed overwhelmed with the entire thing. She explained that she went home, ordered food, and sat on the floor to eat it with her family. But at that moment, she realized that she needed to move on,
“That’s when it hit me. I went, I need to find my love; I need a love in my life. Because this is supposed to be when you go, ‘This is ours’.”
Nicole Kidman is married to Keith Urban, and the two of them share two daughters; Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret. She shared with Gayle King in 2022 that meeting Keith Urban was the best thing that has happened to her.
