“No crime had occurred”: Concern Around Joker 2’s Harley Quinn, Lady Gaga As She Calls Cops After Suspicious Incident at Her Malibu Mansion

The 37-year-old singer holds the distinction of being the first woman in history to have won an Academy Award, a BAFTA Award, a Golden Globe Award, and a Grammy Award, all in the same calendar year. The actress is set to star opposite Joaquin Phoenix in the upcoming movie Joker 2. She recently wrapped the production of the film. Lady Gaga’s popularity has led to some crazy fan incidents, and adding to it a new flower drama.
Lady Gaga calls cops at her Malibu home
Celebrities often go through some crazy fan incidents, and topping that list is Lady Gaga. The singer, who is staying at her Malibu house, dialed the cops when a suspicious man was spotted lurking around her residence. A man dogged security to drop flowers at the singer’s Malibu mansion. This incident led to a security scare, and police were called.
The Lieutenant Jack Jordan of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department released a statement. He said, “Deputies responded to the residence of Lady Gaga regarding a trespassing call.”
The incident occurred on May 11. The Lieutenant added, “[Police then] contacted her security officer, who stated that the suspect had walked past security and placed flowers on the driveway.”
Acoording to Jordan, “Deputies determined no crime had occurred.” The unidentified man was not arrested as he did not attempt to contact the House of Gucci star.
A similar scary incident happened in 2021 when the Bad Romance hitmaker’s dog walker was shot amid an attempted robbery of her French bulldogs. The assailant was ordered to 21 years in jail.

Lady Gaga to play Harley Quinn in Joker 2
Harley Quinn is a popular character from DC Comics. Margot Robbie played the character on the big screen. Now Lady Gaga is set to portray Harley Quinn in the upcoming movie Joker 2. Directed by Todd Phillips, Joker 2: Folie a Deux stars the A Star Is Born actress opposite Joaquin Phoenix.
The much-awaited sequel of Joker, the sequel title translates to denotes a delusional disease shared by two people who are connected. It hints at a relationship between the Joker and Harley Quinn. The second Joker movie is reportedly a musical, a change from the gritty tone of the previous one.
The eagerly awaited Joker 2: Folie a Deux is scheduled for release on 4 October 2024.
