While talking about his thrilling character Professor X with ETalk, Stewart shed light on the possibility of his potential return in the much anticipated Avengers: Secret Wars which also hints at his cameo in Deadpool 3. Stewart said: “It is a possibility” and this has made fans believe he’ll be making a cameo in Ryan Reynolds film:

Sir Patrick Stewart’s involvement in the Marvel Cinematic Universe started soon after his long-awaited debut as Professor X in Benedict Cumberbatch‘s Doctor Strange in Multiverse of Madness. In an interview with Variety, the actor stated that there is more than one chance for Charles Xavier’s occurrence in the superhero world. Stewart said:

“Charles Xavier? Yeah. There may be. You know, the whole X-Men comic series is so huge, so vast, there might be an opportunity in which he comes back. We’ll see.”

The X-Men star even shared challenges while filming Doctor Strange 2 and shared that he had to read the whole comics to delve deeply into the character and said:

“Well, it needed me to do quite a bit of reading and looking at comic books and things. I’ve never been that comic book person. And even when I was a kid, I used to read books instead of comics.”

And now his fresh comments about the possibility of his iconic character have heightened fans’ excitement about witnessing the founder and leader of X-Men in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
