Thanks to assisting create characters like the Avengers, the Fantastic Four, along with Spider-Man stan Lee is famous for his contributions to the world of novels. As he moved on to develop comic books and entertainment companies, in addition to helping create TV series, the founder didn’t limit his storytelling into Marvel. His contributions continue to be felt, with one of his projects being the sound drama Stan Lee’s Alliances: A Trick of Light while Lee might have passed away last November. Co-written from Edgar-nominated writer Kat Rosenfield, Stan Lee’s Alliances: A Trick of Light introduces listeners into a mysterious young woman, Nia, whose destiny is connected with a seemingly ordinary Midwestern adolescent, Cameron Ackerson, whose pursuit for YouTube stardom takes him to the core of the Great Lakes Triangle, where he’s imbued with the power to’see’ and’listen’ a new reality.
As Nia and Cameron’s relationship grows, they conspire to produce a more righteous online world, dishing out justice large and small but wind up crossing a shadowy outfit named OPTIC, that goes after them for its own nefarious purposes. Meanwhile, a danger of galactic proportions stems, imperilling humanity’s very existence by harnessing our personal desire to join as the very means to destroy us.
