The Baywatch star confessed to having agoraphobia in a recent interview and took the whole internet by surprise.
Zac Efron talks about his Baywatch training and plastic surgery rumors
The American actor recently talked about his Baywatch body in an interview with Men’s Health. Zac Efron revealed that he does not want the Baywatch body anymore. He said, “There’s just too little water in the skin. Like, it’s fake; it looks CGI’d.” Efron revealed that he required powerful medicines to build that kind of body structure. He also talked about his extreme training and lack of sleep for the filming of the movie. He slept as less as 4 hours in a day due to the hectic filming schedule.
Zac Efron also suffered an accident at home, breaking his jaw in the process. He had to go through intense physical therapy to recover from it. Unfortunately, the fans speculated that he allegedly had plastic surgery to recover from the incident. The actor said that he did not even know that social media was going wild with speculations until he received a call from his mother about the same.
The Lucky One actor talks about his agoraphobia
Efron talked about his anxiety disorder in a recent interview. He said, “I just don’t go out. People in large groups, it triggers my agoraphobia.” Agoraphobia is a disorder in which you fear and avoid places or situations that might cause you to panic. Though the actor did not talk about this in detail, it revealed how hard his life is as an actor. He regularly has to promote his movies in public and that must be tough for a person who is suffering from an anxiety disorder.
