Back in 2018 as the couple attended the 2018 Emmy Awards, fans and media were quick to notice the matching bands on their ring fingers and the rumors of them being married early in 2018 started to circulate. But in 2019, during the SAG Awards, Brosnahan confirmed her marriage and noted that they have been married for years.
The actress said, “I’ve been quite private about my personal life for a few reasons. The first is that it’s just that…personal. Jason and I also noticed early on that, while we are both the leads of successful television series, he has rarely been asked about our relationship, while I have been asked on almost every red carpet I have walked in the last two years. We both find this double standard problematic and frustrating and opted to redirect those conversations to our work.”
