Real Reason Why Jenna Ortega Left Scream 7: Melissa Barrera’s Firing is Not the Only Major Concern For Spyglass Anymore
Seems like the Scream franchise is going to face the worst time as fans were already furious after news broke that they fired one of the leading actresses Melissa Barrera and now strikingly Jenna Ortega. Jenna Ortega who’s one of the key figures along with talented actress Melissa Barrera have departed from the Scream franchise and this is not sitting well with any of the fans who were anticipating the next movie.
Barrera was fired after she issued her statement regarding the ongoing war. Many speculated that Ortega’s withdrawal must be related to the co-star’s firing but reports suggest that due to scheduling conflicts, the actress had to leave Scream 7.

Jenna Ortega’s commitment to shoot the second season of Netflix’s massive hit Wednesday didn’t allow Ortega to commit to Scream 7. This seems to be a major concern for the makers after they fired one and then the other withdrew, though it’s not related but will likely affect the viewership of the upcoming movie whose scripts aren’t ready yet.

And this wasn’t due to “scheduling conflicts”. There was schedule conflicts when they announced the film, but said they were working around Jenna’s schedule because of Wednesday. Now, all of a sudden, the movie needs to be shot so urgently w/o its STARS?! Please! 🙄

Now that Jenna Ortega and Mellisa Barrera are no more part of Scream 7, another major concern for the makers is who will replace the roles of these two actresses who undeniably slayed the roles of Sam and Tara looking for a way out of the Ghostface shrine.
