While many fans enjoy the creative and thoughtful narrative in Netflix’s Love on the Spectrum, professional fighter Sean Strickland, also known, as Tarzan has been brutally honest with his reviews of the romantic docuseries.

The fighter has clearly expressed his thoughts over the storyline of Love on the Spectrum, and according to him, it was quite weird and uncomfortable to watch a normal person trying to have a relationship with another who has Down Syndrome. However, this isn’t the first time Sean Strickland used harsh words, but his recent comments aren’t sitting well with fans.

Despite knowing that Sean Strickland is outspoken and honest with his views about everything, fans seem to be unhappy about his latest review on Netflix’s Love on the Spectrum. Unlike the typical romantic shows, this docuseries follows a unique narrative of people on the Autism spectrum discovering love and navigating through various challenges in their lives.

Tarzan who recently watched the docuseries with his sister-in-law shared on his X (earlier Twitter) account, that how uncomfortable it was to witness a show that depicts a normal person trying to date someone with Down Syndrome. Not only did the professional MMA speak negatively about Love on the Spectrum, but he also asked how fans can watch the show.

“My sister-in-law is showing me a show on Netflix called ‘Love on the Spectrum’ and she’s telling me that there was normy trying to date a downy. Y’all like, wtf is wrong with you… If a homie ever brought around a downy were gonna have some serious sh*t to talk about.”

However, fans and netizens who have and haven’t watched the show have openly shared their opinions as well, and interestingly they are contrary to what Sean Strickland believes.

Before Sean Strickland commented on Love on the Spectrum, he also made headlines over making comments on women’s MMA. Following his comments, another MMA Raquel Pennington lashed out at Strickland, and in her response video, she mentioned that the fighter’s words were “disgusting” and that she completely disagrees with his words about female athletes and their attires.

Sean Strickland’s Fighting Plans Includes Public Office Position

While Sean Strickland is currently focusing on his fighting career, there will come a day when he’ll require retirement, and guess what? Strickland already has a plan. The MMA fighter plans to enter into politics as he shares on his X (earlier Twitter) account. He wrote:

“After I’m done fighting in a few years and I’m sitting on a big pile of money I probably will run for some public office position… ill never win but I’d rather do something I care about instead of starting a CBD company lmao.”

Since Strickland is known for his expressive personality, entering politics wouldn’t be a tough job for him. However, currently, he isn’t retiring as the fighter is busy flaunting his skills in the octagon.
