Shakira’s Vengeance after Pique’s Cheating Reportedly Leaves Him with Only 30 Percent of Kids’ Custody

After the Columbian singer’s life turned upside down, she took some big decisions, including her move from Spain with her kids, Milan and Sasha. From releasing a strong statement, urging the media to leave her kids alone, to finally moving to the United States, Pique’s cheating scandal has cost him more than he could think. The former Barcelona player is indeed left with only 30% of the kids’ custody, making things tough for the footballer.
Gerard Pique Needs To Make Real Efforts For His Kids!
Shakira and Gerard Pique were considered a power couple until the former Barcelona footballer stomped her heart. Their separation was followed by an ugly custody battle for their two children, Milan and Sasha. But again, it appears like the Queen of Latin Music got an upper hand, as she managed to take 70% of her kids’ custody. The arrangement came after Joan Piqué (Gerard Pique’s father), sent the singer an eviction letter.
Even though Pique has remained a present father, he’s surely going to struggle to see his children. Shakira has finally made a move from Spain to Miami, which means that Pique would have to take time off his business commitments along with his new relationship so he could spend some time with his children. But again, Pique didn’t mind giving full custody to her.

In light of the settlement, Shakira managed to retain 70% of the kids’ custody and the footballer is left with only 30% of it. It is reported that Gerard Pique’s legal team is trying to contact the La Tortura artist to arrange a visit for Pique to the United States. Per the custody arrangement, Pique is “allowed to spend with Milan and Sasha up to 10 days per month and during summer holidays.”

Shakira May Be Joined By Her Parents In Miami
While Shakira has decided to start a new chapter in her life, it is reported that her parents, William Mebarak Chadid and Nidia de Carmen Ripoll Torrado are too no longer in Spain. The moving company that was hired to empty Shakira’s Barcelona house also picked up several oxygen pumps and medical equipment used by her father. This means, that Sasha and Milan will be joined by their grandparents.
Meanwhile, Gerard Pique is too busy strengthening his new relationship with Clara Chía Marti and has been more open about his failed relationship. When trolled by Shakira’s fans, Pique stated in an interview, “So my ex is Latin American… you don’t know what I’ve gotten on social media from her fans. These people have no lives.” Shakira, on the other hand, didn’t hesitate to clap back to his statement by tweeting, “Proud to be Latinoamerican.”
The Columbian singer, being the protective mother, recently shared a long Instagram post, urging the media to leave her kids alone. She urged people to protect her children’s right to privacy as paparazzi continue to haunt her and her two kids. The singer’s every move suggests that she would go to any lengths to give her children a normal life. Now, it’s up to Pique, if he can live up to his part of responsibilities following Shakira’s bitter-sweet vengeance.
