“She lied to promote Heart of Stone”: Gal Gadot Exposed as Wonder Woman 3 Claims Reportedly Wildly Untrue
James Gunn and Peter Safran, the duo in charge of transforming and unifying the DC Universe, are treading carefully concerning their plans for future projects, which appear to have no space for Wonder Woman.
Gal Gadot’s portrayal of Wonder Woman in 2017 was a huge success as its worldwide earning at the box office totaled $821.74 million. The sequel, Wonder Woman 1984, failed to ape the same success, managing just $169.6 million globally. At the time, it was reported that the film lost the studio more than $100 million.
The abysmal performance of the movie, accordingly, raised question marks over another stand-alone movie for Princess Diana of Themyscira in the rebooted DCU, but recent comments from the lead actress suggested things were rosier with regard to the prospects of a third movie.

Gal Gadot’s Claims About Wonder Woman 3 Annoys Social Media Users
Gal Gadot is busy promoting her newly-released Netflix movie Heart of Stone, taking part in a number of interviews, which are usually rarely limited to just questions about the movie in focus.
In an interview with ComicBook, the 38-year-old gave a reply laced with optimism when asked about Wonder Woman 3‘s plans.
“I love portraying Wonder Woman,” the Fast and Furious star said. “It’s so close to and dear to my heart. From what I heard from James and from Peter is that we’re gonna develop a ‘Wonder Woman 3’ together.”
The response came despite suggestions of Wonder Woman 3 falling apart after Patty Jenkins exited the project in December of last year. She directed both Wonder Woman stand-alone movies.
Now, Variety is reporting that a third Wonder Woman film isn’t in development at DC Studios, adding that as things stand, Gunn and Safran have no plans for any such project in their rebooted DC Universe other than their “previously announced Paradise Lost prequel series for Max.”
Fans were quick to jump to the reason behind Gadot’s supposed lie.

The best thing for fans who are invested in DCU’s plans is to just focus on projects listed in James Gunn and Safran’s presentation for new DC titles that surfaced at the start of the year. There was no mention of Wonder Woman in that presentation.

Gal Gadot’s Heart of Stone Attracts Rocky Reviews
Some Twitter users believe that Gadot only hyped Wonder Woman 3 talks to attract more limelight toward her Heart of Stone movie that came on Netflix today.
Also featuring the likes of Jamie Dornan and Alia Bhatt, the movie is primarily centered around an intelligence operative Rachel Stone (Gadot), who fights Keya Dhawan (Bhatt) to safeguard her global peacekeeping organization and its valuable asset.
Early reactions suggest the movie is being deemed nothing more than a poor woman’s Mission: Impossible, attracting just a 32% Tomatometer rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
