It has now been revealed that Spears’ personal fitness trainer body-shamed her and pinched her stomach to tease her for how fat she had gotten. The singing sensation slammed her trainer and made several revelations that have left her fans concerned.
Britney Spears Blasts Trainer For Saying She Needs Her Younger Body Back
Britney Spears’s personal and professional life has seen many ups and downs. In her decades-long career, she has released numerous songs, topped many charts, and become one of the best-selling artists in the world. Recently the Oops!… I Did It Again singer took to her Instagram and shared a video with a lengthy caption. The queen of pop revealed to her 41.9 million followers that she had hired a personal trainer and claimed the fitness pro ended up body shaming her and pinched her stomach.
The singer wrote a caption alongside a video of her dancing. She penned,
“I took the time 2 months ago to find a trainer and the first thing she did to me was literally—and I’m not even lying—pinch the skin on my stomach and legs and told me I need to get my younger body back.”
Britney Spears has a savage response to the trainer who told her she needed to look younger at 41. The Princess of Pop continued,
“Why the hell did she do that??? It made me cry. I obviously didn’t hire her so I did it myself!!! I did want to share what my body looks like at the moment. I worked my ass off and for some people like that trainer who might see those nasty pap pics and secretly smile. Yup, y’all got it. I have 4 hours of footage from me shooting this yesterday and bitch, I’m just getting started.”
Social media trolling and bullying is nothing new and Britney Spears has been a victim of the same on many occasions. She is also very active on social media platforms and keeps her fans entertained and updated. The Toxic singer often treats her fans by sharing her dance videos on Instagram.
Britney Spears Recalls How She Met Sam Asghari
Britney Spears and Sam Asghari met in October 2016 on the set of her Slumber Party music video, which was filmed at a Beverly Hills mansion. As per the singer, it was love at first sight. The couple exchanged each other’s numbers on the set and started dating. In a previous radio interview on Fast in the Morning With Nathan Fast on AMP 103.7, the Gimme More singer shared how she met first met her husband Sam Asghari.
She shared,
“I think we were at um…we were shooting. We were doing the scene where I was doing the walk scene through the hall to go through the door to go to the bedroom and we were sitting there and waiting and waiting together for like 20 minutes at a time. We were having to be literally stuck there together, so we were basically forced to talk to each other.”
Britney Spears continued,
“He has no idea… I mean, he knows my name but he doesn’t really know me as a person. He’s like, what is this girl like? and I have no idea who the hell he is, you know? We started talking about sushi and started talking about things we like and like we should go to sushi one day. Let’s do this, let’s do this, and he said, ok I’ll give you my number after the thing.”
Spears recalls after getting Sam Asghari’s contact number she didn’t call him for quite a while. She added,
“So it wasn’t even a serious thing. It was one of those things that we were having a conversation to get through the experience, you know? I kept his number, and it was so weird — it was like five months later, and I found his number in my bag. I was like, he is really cute. This guy is really cute. So then I called him, and ever since then, he is just a really fun, funny person.”
Britney Spears and Sam Asghari are officially married. The couple exchanged vows on June 9, 2022, and have been giving their fans relationship goals ever since.
