“I just went through a breakup and I was talking to her about that. And, you know, we went and danced together. It was such a fun night,” Chastain explained.
The next day, Chastain received an unexpected email that she initially mistook for a Taylor Swift album advertisement. However, she soon realized that Swift had personally curated a breakup playlist to lift her spirits after their heart-to-heart talk.
“She had made me a breakup playlist that she sent me. Isn’t that the sweetest thing?” Chastain remarked.
While Swift’s incredibly thoughtful gesture came shortly after meeting Chastain, the songwriter has long been known for bonding deeply with fans and friends. Throughout her career, Swift has used her songwriting gifts and supportive nature to be there for loved ones during difficult times.
