British actor Tom Holland is undoubtedly one of the most popular actors of his generation, thanks to his portrayal of the MCU superhero Peter Parker aka Spider-Man. The role made him the youngest actor to play the titular role in an MCU film, namely Spiderman: Homecoming.

Tom Holland made his film debut with the 2012 disaster drama The Impossible. He showcased his versatility as an actor by portraying against-type characters in the movies The Devil All The Time and Cherry. He also appears in several talk shows and interviews from time to time. During one of his interviews with Jimmy Kimmel, he agreed to say hello to the host’s son for his birthday.

In April 2020, Holland appeared in a virtual interview with Jimmy Kimmel’s talk show Jimmy Kimmel Live! Toward the end of the interview, Kimmel asked a favor of Holland. The host revealed the favor he needed, saying:

“I have a favor to ask of you. My son Billy turns three years old today, we watch both of your Spider-Man movies over and over and over again. We promised him that the real Spider-Man would come to his party. Now, of course, we were just going to hire a guy in a suit, but now nobody’s coming to his party. His party is just us, and I was wondering if you’d say hello to him.”

Ever the people’s sweetheart, the Far From Home actor was more than happy to do the favor to Kimmel. He went as far as doing his best to dress up as the superhero as best as he could under the circumstances.

Holland greeted the kids with the mask on and pulled it off after saying: “Let me take this off so I can see you better.” The moment the mask was off his face, Kimmel’s daughter Jane delightedly screamed, “That is Peter Parker!” On the other hand, Billy became shy and cuddled into his dad, which led to Jane informing Holland that her brother was shy.
