After she lost in her infamous defamation trial against Johnny Depp, the American actress was ordered to pay $10.35 Million in damages to the actor. Although she was awarded $2 Million in damages, it was reported right after the trial that she will be appealing the verdict of the trial. According to recent sources, she is now getting sued by her insurance company.

The Aquaman actress just can’t catch a break. According to recent sources, Amber Heard is getting sued for asking the insurance company to pay the money she owes to Depp after the trial. Also, she lied in the trial by telling that she is paying for her defense herself, even though it was her insurance that was paying for it. The New York Marine filed a lawsuit against Heard that claims the company isn’t liable to pay her. The suit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. The lawsuit stated that they suffered a “loss caused by the willful act of the insured.”
