Angus T. Jones is left with no work after leaving Two And A Half Men
In 2003, Angus T. Jones’s big break came at just 10 years old, when he landed one of the main roles of Jake Harper on Two And A Half Men. The sitcom became popular, and he was a household name. When the show entered its final season, Jones decided to quit because he became devoutly religious. He wanted to share the word of God he discovered through “Bible-based stories.” During an interview, he discussed his literal coming to God. He was going to three or four churches every Sunday until someone told him about a Seventh-day Adventist Church, and he was instantly hooked.
However, his attempt to spread the word turned into epic failure as the stories never appeared on the small screen, as an internet series, or published as books. After earning $350,000 per episode during Two And A Half Men and being the highest-paid child actor at the age of 17, Jones is now left with no work. He was not regarded as highly by executives for projects on both the small and large screens as a result of a viral tantrum in which he spoke out against the show upsetting fans.

After the viral rant, the actor looked for the role and with a long shot landed a role in the online miniseries, Horace and Pete. He was handpicked by the creator Louis C.K. because of the similarities the character and actor had in common. He even attempted to enter into business with Justin Combs and started Tonite which was of no success.
In 2020, Jones updated that he has left acting and entered into music. Once more, he seemed to be on a good career path. However, given that the actor was only able to share one song on Soundcloud with several other musicians, this endeavor was also a failure. The star had a whooping net worth of $20 million during his time on the sitcom, and now his career has hit rock bottom.
Two And A Half Men is available to stream on Netflix.
