Uncle Sam and IRS on the Hunt for $12 Million Rich Lil Pump for Unpaid $2M in Back Taxes
For the past couple of years, Lil Pump has been getting himself into tax and debt issues repeatedly. America’s Internal Revenue System or IRS has filed various tax liens against the rapper in the past couple of years.
And it does not seem to be ending anytime soon as recently, two new liens have been added on top of the previous ones. The rapper seemingly has a significant amount to be paid to the government. And apart from the recent back tax liens, Pump also has around half a million dollars remaining to be paid as per the 2018 filing by IRS or “Uncle Sam”.
Lil Pump Filed With 2 More Back Taxes Case By IRS
By now it is not surprising to find Lil Pump in huge unpaid taxes issues with the government. He has been slapped with tax liens amounting to more than a million dollars previously. And as if it has been not enough for the rapper’s financial history, IRS (Internal Revenue System) has filed two more unpaid back taxes amount against the rapper this year.
The first one which was filed on March 1st has an amount of 141, 340.56 dollars, while the second one amounts to 129, 801.88 dollars. In total, this year’s back taxes amount demanded by IRS to be paid by Lil Pump comes to 271,142.44 dollars. However apart from this, the 2021 tax lien amounting to 1.6 million dollars has also not been paid by the rapper yet.
With a net worth amounting to 12 million dollars, Pump has a lot on his plate in terms of unpaid taxes. now it remains for the rapper to address the liens set against him by the financial body of the federal government of the USA.
Lil Pump’s Other Tax and Debt Matters
Back in 2021, Lil Pumo was slapped with a tax lien amounting to 1.6 million dollars for the year 2018. However, reportedly, the rapper has not paid the amount yet. In addition to that, the same year, he was slapped with another tax lien amounting to 90k dollars. But he tried to deny the reports made by Radar Online initially saying,
“Do not believe the internet, that s— is all cap bro.”
Nevertheless, he paid off the 90k in the following year as per the same publication. Furthermore, Lil Pump was also sued by American Express for not paying his due of 26k dollars. However, this case was dismissed before the rapper ever responded. Before this, the bank demanded the full amount in damages plus interest. But as reported, the case was let go.
