The actress recently came to the spotlight due to her naked rampage in Los Angeles. She checked into the hospital for psychiatric treatment and was recently released after three weeks.
Amanda Bynes cheated on ex-fiancé Paul Michael
Hall Pass actress and Paul Michael were never vocal about their relationship. The duo declared their engagement news on social media in 2020. Bynes kept her love life out of the spotlight and hardly anyone knew that she was dating. The couple split in July last year but was spotted together again in December 2022. Their on-and-off relationship finally came to a crashing end in March 2023.
Paul Michael told TMZ,
“Two weeks before Amanda’s breakdown, she had disappeared for 3 days and finally came home with another guy. We argued, and she said she didn’t care about me anymore and ended the relationship. I packed up my things and left our home.”
Paul Michael shared that he was shocked by the sudden disappearance of Bynes and her odd behavior on return. He added that before the meltdown, she was stable and was focusing on her nail care business.
Michael doubts that something happened with Bynes when she went missing, due to which she was acting differently. He added that a few days later, she had a public meltdown.
Paul Michael also shared that he has not talked to Amanda since they broke up and left their home.
Amanda Bynes’s naked rampage
Fast and Furious 5 actress was recently spotted walking naked in the downtown area of Los Angeles, after which she was sent for psychiatric treatment. As per the sources close to Amanda Bynes, the actress was on the street for days. It happened right after Amanda’s car was towed, on March 15 in Long Beach.
As per the close ones of the Sydney White star, she might have hitchhiked or taken public transport to reach home. The actress was spotted in Hollywood on March 18 and was well-clothed. There are also speculations that she hitchhiked her way up to Beverly Hills, and there she took a lift to reach back at Hollywood. She was spotted wandering Downtown L.A. on the next day, and she flagged a car down. She used the driver’s phone and called for medical assistance.
Amanda Bynes was under inpatient care for the last three weeks, now she’s receiving outpatient care.
