“We are working through the details of the termination”: Kanye West Faces New Trouble as Adidas Launches Vengeful Investigation After Rapper Showed Explicit Photos of Kim Kardashian to Employees
It is now a regular occurrence for Kanye West to get into trouble one after the other. He has been canceled and boycotted by many of the big connections he used to have. Whether big corporations like Adidas, Balenciaga, or talent agencies, most of them have cut ties with the rapper in the past few months. One of his most problematic issues of all is the Anti-Semitic remarks. Celebrities have directly or indirectly boycotted Ye in public ever since.
The most recent collaborator that cut ties with Ye was his biggest corporate backup Adidas. However, the two of them are brought together once again as the German brand has launched an investigation into the rapper after allegations of misconduct with the brand’s employer.
What is the New Allegation Against Kanye West All About?
A few days ago, Adidas received an anonymous letter with allegations of misconduct against Kanye West. The letter refers to the time when the shoe brand had been collaborating with West’s Yeezy. The content of the letter was revealed by Rolling Stone. According to the letter, the Heartless rapper had behaved inappropriately with the employees.
Allegedly West used to force some of the employees into watching p****graphic material. And not only that he even went as far as to show his ex-wife Kim Kardashian’s s**ually explicit pictures along with his own s** tapes.
The anonymous letter also revealed that the Yeezy owner performed other forms of intimidation. And the targets of his intimidations were most frequently women employees. It also claimed that Adidas had been aware of these misconducts and the problematic behavior of West. But according to the writer of the letter the German shoe brand did not take any steps against it. The Sportswear company’s management had turned a blind eye to the rapper’s improper behavior according to the letter.
Adidas launches Investigation Against Kanye West
Following the allegations that came in the anonymous letter sent to Adidas, the brand authority has decided to take some steps against Kanye West. Before it gets too late, the brand has launched an investigation against Ye. As the letter had allegations of inappropriate behavior with employees in it. Adidas recently responded by writing,
“We have been and continue to be actively engaged in conversations with our employees about the events that lead to our decision to end the partnership. They have our full support and as we’re working through the details of the termination.”
The German Sports apparel brand has made itself clear by announcing that at the moment they are not clear whether the accusations are true or not. Adidas has also mentioned that the issue is being strictly looked at. And therefore they decided to launch their personal investigation into the matter.
