“We were choosing to attack a young woman instead of the powerful man”: Emily Ratajkowski Attacks Adam Levine After Behati Prinsloo Seems Unfazed With Husband’s Infidelity
Emily Ratajkowski is known for her openness on social media, but the internet hasn’t always been kind to her. Now, the 31-year-old has opened up about her relationship with the internet and how she finds it “complicated” as a celebrity.
Ratajkowski’s candor and insight into the corrosive sexism at the heart of the entertainment industry have made her an unusual, and unusually compelling, figure for the 1.5 million people who follow her on Twitter, the 1.8 million who follow her on TikTok, and the 29.5 million who follow her on Instagram.

Why Did Emily Ratajkowski Target Adam Levine Following Behati Prinsloo?
Emily Ratajkowski recently received a lot of attention for a TikTok video in which she questioned why, when a man cheats, the other woman’s behavior is harshly criticized. It came at a time when reports of Adam Levine allegedly cheating on his wife, Behati Prinsloo, with an Instagram model were making the rounds, but Emily Ratajkowski insists in the Variety interview that it had nothing to do with the Maroon 5 singer.
“It wasn’t honestly about Adam Levine. I just responded to this woman talking about how women need to change and adjust as preparation for men’s behavior, which I’ve been talking about and writing about for a long time.
Emily Ratajkowski comes to the defense of the model who Adam Levine had an alleged affair with:

“Like, this ‘Boys will be boys’ attitude that women have? We have to do better,” she stressed.
“I’m very familiar with those kinds of power dynamics between men and women and I saw another moment where we were choosing to attack a young woman instead of the powerful man, which I didn’t love.”
The model and actress announced earlier this week that she would be launching a new podcast, High Low with EmRata, which will feature guest interviews and scripted monologues.
Emily Ratajkowski Upcoming New Podcast
Emily Ratajkowski, the model and best-selling author of My Body, is getting ready to add “podcast host” to her resume. High Low with EmRata, described by Ratajkowski as “Call Her Daddy’ meets ‘Fresh Air,” will premiere on Tuesday, November 1.
“I decided I wanted to write the book before even thinking about doing a podcast,” the 31-year-old tells Variety exclusively. “I’m very excited about producing the show in my unique way.”
Emily Ratajkowski also hopes to bring in her own experience as an interview subject to keep the conversations she’s now moderating lively.
