Manni L. Perez is a New York-based actress who is famously known for her roles in popular TV series such as Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Marvel/Netflix’s Jessica Jones, and The Blacklist. Perez won the Imagen Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role as Esperanza Morales on Law & Order SVU.
Perez has previously lent her voice in GTA 5 to an NPC character named Clubber 2. Many fans believe that Rockstar has a history of recruiting voice actors from Law & Order. There are many examples of that; for instance, Ned Luke and Steven Ogg, the voice actors for Michael and Trevor, are both Law & Order alumni. She denied the claims about her being in the game but she had an uncanny expression on her face that many fans are taking as a sign of cover-up. The user also pointed out that Perez has a striking resemblance to Lucia from GTA 6, more than any other actress who has been speculated about so far.
The user also shared a video from a different interview that shows Manni L. Perez saying that she is transitioning her career into voice acting:
“Right now I’ve been transitioning my career into voiceover and motion capture”
There have been many theories going on about Lucia from GTA 6, the most popular of which is that her story would be told in reverse. Instead of getting out of jail, meeting her partner, and falling in love, Lucia could be in love with her co-protagonist from the start and get arrested later on. This would explain why she appears with an ankle monitor in certain scenes, and in the other ones, there is no trace of it. It would also be a great gimmick for restricting the player’s movement during the game.
Other than Lucia, fans have also been obsessed with finding the GTA 6 map in the official art. They believe that it is hidden somewhere within the art, although there has been no official confirmation as of now.
